Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the moven-sdk npm or Python package, configuring Sentinel proxies, or accessing the Moven web console at moven.dev("Service"), you ("Customer", "You", or "Organization") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Services

Moven provides real-time reliability infrastructure, deterministic loop interception, telemetry observability, and automated code-patching pull requests for autonomous AI agents and language model workflows.

3.Accounts, API Keys & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Moven Sentinel API keys (moven_sk_live_...), CLI tokens, and authentication credentials. Any activity conducted under your API keys is your responsibility.

You agree to notify Moven immediately at security@moven.dev upon discovering any unauthorized key exposure or security breach.

4.Circuit Breakers & Autonomous Agent Halting

Moven Sentinel is designed to halt autonomous execution loops, repetitive tool calls, cost overruns, and recursion ceilings based on your configured threshold rules.

5.Telemetry, Privacy & Data Rights

Customer Data Ownership: Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all agent prompts, tool call parameters, and trace logs transmitted to Moven.

Zero Model Training Guarantee: Moven does NOT use Customer agent prompts, inputs, memory checkpoints, or outputs to train public foundational AI models.

6.Fees, Subscriptions & Usage Limits

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis based on active guarded agent seats and monthly trace event volume. Incurred overages beyond your plan limits will be billed in accordance with the published pricing schedule.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in an Enterprise Master Services Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVEN AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, THIRD-PARTY LLM API FEES, OR UNINTENDED AUTONOMOUS AGENT ACTIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOVEN'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER TO MOVEN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the Project Settings console. Upon termination, all active Sentinel API keys will be revoked, and trace logs will be purged according to our data retention schedule.
